1. Who we are

VCFY I.T. Solutions is a registered sole proprietorship in the Philippines, owned and operated by Melvic Monje. We provide custom web development, SEO, automation, and integration services to small and mid-sized businesses. We are DTI-registered.

2. Use of this website

• You may browse vcfyit.com and read its content for personal and business research.
• You may not scrape, mass-download, reproduce, or republish our content without written permission.
• You may not attempt to disrupt the site, exploit vulnerabilities, or upload malicious content.
• All content (copy, design, code, images) is © VCFY I.T. Solutions unless otherwise credited.

3. Free Digital Business Card

Cards published at vcfyit.com/cards/ are free, perpetual, and yours to keep. By creating one, you confirm:

• The information you submit is accurate and your own.
• You will not use the card for spam, harassment, or unlawful purposes.
• You will not impersonate another person or business.

We reserve the right to remove cards that violate these rules without notice. You can delete your card anytime by emailing us.

4. Paid services

All paid services are governed by a separate signed Service Agreement (the "MSA") and Annex A (Project Proposal / Service Plan). These Terms cover your use of vcfyit.com only. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed Service Agreement, the Service Agreement controls for paid engagements.

5. No warranties on the website

vcfyit.com is provided "as is". We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy, fitness for purpose, or that the content is current. Use it at your own risk.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VCFY is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of vcfyit.com. Our total liability for any claim related to this site is capped at ₱5,000.

7. Third-party links

We link to external sites (Calendly, Stripe, articles, client portfolios). We are not responsible for their content, security, or availability.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to vcfyit.com at any time, for any reason, without notice — typically only for breach of these Terms or unlawful activity.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes are submitted to the courts of Bacoor, Cavite.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
